Our training team consists of well-experienced employment lawyers and senior HR professionals who have been very successful at winning well above the national average of employment tribunals and attending employee relations conferences and CAC recognition hearings.
Some of our customers who are also EEF members will have spoken to our team when using the helpline service which helps to guide members through the difficult issues involved in employing people.
There has rarely been a busier time for managers of people as the introduction of a range of UK and EU legislation continue to add to the employers' burden. Within our programme are courses to assist with some traditional issues, some helpline favourites and emerging topics.
